We harvested our white variety of grapes this past saturday on a warm humid morning.
Here’s a picture of a container all ready to be sorted and pressed.
Now the fun part….It all goes into the press, stems and all.
And out comes fresh squeezed white grape juice. Now that's what I call a juicer!
Another fun part. We get to taste it.
And what’s leftover is a bunch of smushed seeds, stems, pulp and skins.
Finally, here’s the fermenting tub full of naked white grape juice. Hard to believe that this ends up a beautifully clear flavorful wine.
